Congratulations to Tessa Ramsey and her team from Hawaii Youth Maritime Programs on the opening of their new Life Jacket Loaner Stand at the Nawiliwili Small Boat Harbor launch ramp. Tessa applied for a Life Jacket Loaner Grant early in 2016 from Sea Tow Foundation and awarded 54 life jackets to build a new Life Jacket Loaner Stand.

.

Tessa spearheaded the building of the Life Jacket Loaner Stand as part of her Sea Scouts Quartermaster Project. She is a junior at Kapaa High School.
